Orders are accepted once franjipanji confirms availability, payment, delivery feasibility, and any custom requirements. Some products require quotation before production.

Flowers, food, colours, containers, and local gift items can vary by season and supplier availability. We may substitute similar items while preserving the value, style, and intention of the order.

Website prices are shown in USD where applicable. Checkout totals are verified on the server before payment. Bespoke work, corporate gifting, and installations may require a custom quote, deposit, or staged payment.

Delivery depends on address accuracy, recipient availability, route planning, weather, traffic, and product preparation. Order before 11:00 Zimbabwe time for next-day Harare delivery. Orders received from 11:00 can be delivered from the day after tomorrow. If that date falls on a weekend, the next available day is Monday. Saturday and Sunday cannot be selected for online orders; contact the team before ordering for a weekend request. Your delivery date and preferred time are subject to written confirmation.

Product photography, written content, portfolio material, and brand assets are owned by franjipanji or used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without written approval.
