We collect details you provide when you browse, place an order, request a quote, submit a corporate enquiry, use the gift builder, or contact the studio. This can include name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery notes, order details, payment references, and message content.

We use customer data to process orders, coordinate deliveries, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, manage customer relationships, improve the website, and protect the checkout from fraud or abuse.

Online card payments may be handled by Stripe or through Stanbic Bank's N-Genius hosted payment page, depending on the options available at checkout. InnBucks payments are handled through the InnBucks merchant integration. We store payment references, payment status, and order totals for support and reconciliation, but card details and payment credentials are collected and handled by the relevant payment provider.

The website uses essential browser storage for the cart and your privacy choice. Analytics, landing-page attribution, page views, link clicks, and pseudonymous live session records are collected only after you accept analytics. franjipanji stores those records in its Wix business system and uses Vercel's performance tools to understand the custom website. We do not store raw IP addresses or complete browser user-agent strings in Wix CMS. You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing this site's browser storage and choosing “Reject non-essential” when the notice appears again.
