Refund Policy

Perishable and custom orders
Fresh flowers, food gifts, bespoke arrangements, custom corporate orders, and event work are prepared for a specific date, recipient, and brief. Refunds are reviewed case by case once sourcing, production, or delivery has begun.
Cancellations
Please contact the studio as early as possible. If production or sourcing has not begun, we will try to cancel or move the order. Once flowers, food, courier slots, or custom materials have been committed, cancellation may be partial or unavailable.
Delivery issues
If an address, recipient phone number, access instruction, or delivery time is incomplete, delivery may be delayed or recharged. If we make a confirmed delivery error, we will work with you on a replacement, correction, credit, or refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible with the order reference, photos where relevant, and delivery details. We will assess the issue and propose the appropriate remedy.
